10. Use of Google Ads and Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads, an online advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to promote our services.
As part of Google Ads, we use conversion tracking. Google places a cookie on your device when you access our website via a Google ad. This allows us to recognize whether a user has performed a specific action (e.g. submitting a contact form or booking an appointment).
In addition, we use Enhanced Conversions, provided you have given your consent. Personal data you provide (e.g. email address or phone number) may be transmitted to Google in hashed form to improve attribution of conversions. This transmission is encrypted and based solely on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Conversions may also be tracked offline and transmitted to Google Ads (e.g. downstream contract closures) to better evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising measures. This processing is also based exclusively on your consent.
